Just hearing that that the Speaker Maichael Martin is now going to resign this afternoon!
Sky News says that he will make a statement toParliament this afternoon where he will announce that is is to stand down!
Still not heard if wether he will stand down as an MP as well, but will report back with further information and comment later!
